  01. Material Requirements:
  1. Material: The selection of aluminum single-panel material should comply with the provisions of GB/T5237 "Aluminum Alloy Architectural Profiles". The commonly used material model is 3003H24; this project plans to use 3mm thick aluminum single panels.
  2. Coating: Fluorocarbon paint coating is used. The number of coating layers must not be less than two, and the thickness should be greater than 25μm; and the fluorocarbon resin content should not be less than 75%; the fluorocarbon coating should be free of bubbles, cracks, peeling, etc.
  3. Processing, Storage and Handling: The stiffening ribs and connecting pieces of the aluminum single panel can be welded or riveted. They should be accurately positioned and firmly fixed; the surface layer of the aluminum single panel should be covered with a polyethylene plastic protective film with a thickness of not less than 0.3mm, and the inner and outer surfaces of the aluminum single panel should not be scratched.
  4. Allowable Deviation in Aluminum Single Panel Processing Size: Unit (mm)
  02. Main Equipment: 1. Tools: Electric welder, cutting saw, hand drill, rivet gun, barrel-type glue gun, portable air pressure cleaning machine, pulley, hemp rope, nylon rope, screwdriver, utility knife, putty knife, etc.
  2. Measurement, Laying Out, and Inspection: Level, theodolite, total station, steel tape measure, level, steel wire, etc.
  03. Main Construction Process
  1. Process Flow: Measurement and layout → Connection piece installation and verification → Purlin, steel frame installation → Metal plate installation → Plate cleaning and caulking → Glue sealing → Surface cleaning
  2. Technical Points:
  a. Determine the grid according to the design. Determine the baseline and lay out the lines according to the grid scheme.
  b. Install the connecting pieces at the design positions. The connecting pieces use L50*50*5 galvanized angle codes, fixed with M5 galvanized bolts.
  c. Installation of the steel frame: The main frame uses 80*60*3 galvanized square steel pipes. Determine the baseline surface measurement error, adjust the horizontal, vertical, and spacing errors, weld the frame, the welding should be firm and the weld should be full, the weld should be polished smooth; the connection with the connecting pieces should be firm.
  d. Aluminum Single Panel - Insulated Core Panel Installation:
  1. The assembly size of the aluminum single panel - insulated core panel should meet the installation requirements. The size between the aluminum single panel and the galvanized sheet must match, the panel surface is flat, and there is no depression or bulging.
  2. The aluminum single panel - insulated core panel connecting angle codes are fixed with rivets, which should be firmly fixed and correctly positioned.
  3. Plate installation: First, perform the initial installation of the plates, place the plates in the corresponding installation positions, adjust the angle codes, temporarily fix them, and then adjust the plates. The adjustment standard should achieve horizontal and vertical through-seams on the same plane. After the adjustment is completed, it should be fixed immediately.
  e. Injecting Weather-Resistant Sealant
  1. Filling the glue seams: The glue seams are filled with moisture-proof, waterproof, heat-resistant, and flame-retardant foaming agent, and foam strips with appropriate specifications and qualified quality are inserted into the seams to be injected with glue, maintaining sufficient friction between the foam strips and the sides of the plates. After filling, the foam strips are about 5mm away from the surface of the plate.
  2. Cleaning the glue seams: Half an hour before injecting the glue, clean the seams to be injected with glue with a clean cloth and xylene, and inject the filler. The glue seams should be injected with glue as soon as possible within half an hour of cleaning. If the time exceeds, they should be cleaned again.
  3. Scraping the glue: The glue should be scraped flat in the same direction, and attention should be paid to the curing time of the sealant.
  f. Cleaning and Finishing
  Remove the protective film from the aluminum single panel in the final process. If pollution has occurred, clean it with a neutral solvent and then rinse with clean water.
  3. Quality Requirements:
  a. The overall surface is flat, clean, and consistent in color; there should be no obvious depressions within 5㎡; the installation is firm, and the glue seams are tight;
  b. The plate seams are straight and should be on the same horizontal/vertical line;
  c. The misalignment of the corners of adjacent plates should not be greater than 1mm;
  d. The width of the plate seams is consistent, and the error is not greater than 3mm;
  e. The height difference between adjacent plate seams should not be greater than 1mm;
